Week 1: Secureness

Safety, soothing, and authenticity. Build a foundation of secure attachment with yourself so self-love and compassion are the driving forces of transformation that lasts.

Week 2: Boundaries

Protection, release, and peace. Learn how to truly hold boundaries without guilt, stop taking on what was never yours, so you free your energy to pour into your own expansion process.

Week 3: Taking Up Space

Expansion, expression, and confidence. Unlearn smallness and support the parts of you that resist visibility, as you step into the space you've already created with secureness & boundaries.

Week 4: Receiving In Abundance

Trust, surrender, and supportedness. Reconnect to the natural sources of abundance already within you so your body feels safe to receive the complete transformation, not just the pieces.
