Module 1: Intuitive Pain Paradigm

Getting to lasting relief starts with letting the nervous system know that it's safe to hold and listen to your pain. This is such a critical step in being able to connect to the higher purpose of your pain. You'll have tons of resources and guidance to help the whole of you understand that pain is serving you, and to restore your trust in yourself and your body's intelligence. The focus in this phase is to use both somatic practices (for the body) and a complete paradigm shift (for the mind) to first of all provide you a way to access physical relief, and second, to prime your mind-body-Spirit axis for maximum safety, resilience, connection and communication.
